Member IDs are not global IDs but identify a protein sequence within a given subVOG. The table lists predicted structures for existing biological protein sequences as well as the (predicted) "consensus structure" of a subVOG.
The latter are no true biological entities but simply the consensus sequence and structure of all protein entries within a subVOG. They can be identified in the member ID column by having the string "consensus" instead of a number in square brackets.List of alignments of the mRNA sequences of all subVOGs in Clustal format.
